Challenges Before Using Capataz 

Before Capataz, the Lead man had to check the worker's progress, tasks and billing on his logbook every day and collect the data before sending to payroll for verification. Based from the estimates, this effort usually takes about 1h and 30min of the lead man's time. 

With Capataz®, we are able to save that time given that we just simply generate the report and send it directly to payroll.

Results After Using Capataz 

As HR in charge, I handle theAs HR in charge, I handle the time in and time out of our workers. Take note that the distance between the office and the farm is about 30 minutes so because of Capataz, we can now save 30min of each of the worker's time because they no longer have to do their timekeeping at the office and they can simply go directly to the farm where they are assigned to work. We manage to increase productivity from 88% to 100% by using our timekeeping feature. No need to go to the main office to time in or time out anymore!

I also do the Work Order Management for House In charge, Quality Assurance and Payroll Clerk. Capataz® has definitely helped for me to easily monitor the individual accomplishment reports of my team based on the specific tasks or work orders assigned to them and send the accurate data to Payroll on a timely manner. Because of the WO feature, I am able to know what the individual worker has to accomplish within the day and how much each of them will be compensated.
