Challenges Before Using Capataz

As a purchaser, instead of going directly to the area that we are assigned to, we regularly need to go to the office first just to time in and time out. Some of us would spend like 10-30mins just to go to office before we go to our actual production area. Additionally, time cards and reports were submitted and reviewed manually. 

For reimbursements, we had to fill up a request form and attach original receipts and submit them to our supervisor. This is prone to documents being misplaced or lost or overlooked which usually leads to delay in processing. 
 

Results After Using Capataz

With CAPATAZ, the process became quicker and less paperwork. 

Timekeeping and reimbursement are our most used features of Capataz. Currently, because of Capataz, we can now go straight to our designated area and do our jobs on time. Imagine 25 people having to spend 10-30 mins a day just to go to the office and use timecards to write manually their time ins and outs? The hours and resources saved from going back and forth to the office just to time in and out can now be used to more productive tasks and activities. Also, I can now easily track who among the purchasers have not yet timed in or out. This allows me to know who are in the office and who are doing overtime or not (or talk to them in case they just forget to time out). Not to mention, the generated timekeeping summary reports are now also simply being sent for review to our supervisor instead of having to go through the timecards one by one. 

When doing reimbursements, we now input our transportation and meal allowances on the mobile app, and we now simply generate the summary reports and submit them to the Approver.
