Challenges Before Using Capataz 

We used to have this timekeeping software prior to CAPATAZ, and at the same time we do it manually by writing on paper. No reports were being generated and the time in and out is doubled. The Supervisor reviews both manual inputs and data from our previous timkeeping software. Which puts a lot of room for error. For example: What if they lose the paper? The summary of transpos from CAPATAZ is then passed to the Audit team. “From the time they start their work, to when they end it”

We reduced processing time for reimbursement from 2hrs to just 10mins which led to 92% efficiency every cutoff.​ Because of this, it has been easier to escalate reimbursements to management. Transpo form is now removed thanks to CAPATAZ. 

With CAPATAZ’s Time & Attendance Tracking. I have better visibility of employees status and location. As a supervisor its important for me to see that they timed in at their worksite. It has helped me with making decisions for my people quicker because with CAPATAZ I can easily see who is productive or not. Because of this, it is easier to calculate our employees payroll accurately.
